What is an inspection trip?
Quite simply the most effective, informative and professional way
of viewing property in Spain. (See separate
information on Inspection Trips)
Will there be enough time to make up our minds?
Plenty! As you know house-hunting in the UK can take about ten minutes
to decide whether you like a property and about two hours to decide
whether you like an area!
In the UK an Estate Agent usually allows about
twenty minutes for you to make up your mind. On a typical Inspection
Trip you will have 4-5 days to see your chosen area, and you will
have plenty of time to get the 'feel' of the locations during your
stay with us.
Whether you find the right property straight away,
or need a little longer, our colleagues will be there to help. Please
do tell them your actual needs, and they will do their best to assist
you to find your home in the sun.
Legal and financial advice will also be available
to you during your trip.

What sort of people buy properties in this part of Spain?
Virtually everyone! With such a wide range of property, styles,
size and price, people from all walks of life are attracted to this
area with its healthy atmosphere and relaxed life style, the lower
cost of living and of course the "sun".

Are the properties for permanent or holiday purposes?
BOTH. However, more and more people are purchasing for permanent
residence, if not immediately for the future (whilst they can still
afford it). The developments for permanent residency are different
from the holiday/investment units, and we will be pleased to show
you properties and areas most suitable for your needs. Because in
a warm climate you spend more time outdoors, you will utilise the
large balconies and gardens more and may find a smaller property
fits the bill!
Our priority is to find you a property you can
comfortably afford, structured to suit your financial circumstances
and one you will be happy with for years to come.

Can clients take inspection trips when they are not yet ready to
buy?
Despite the fact there is no obligation to buy, our inspection trips
are designed to cater for serious property buyers only, with an
emphasis on viewing the area and properties and discussing the legal
and administrative side of the purchase.

What will we see?
During your visit you will be shown the very best selection of properties
and full range of facilities you will be able to enjoy from your
new home. These include the best beaches, golf clubs, marinas, shops,
supermarkets, medical facilities, sporting facilities, restaurants,
social clubs and much more.

When we see the property we want, what do we do?
When you find the property you want, a deposit of a miniumum of
£2,000, typically a UK Bank cheque or a credit card will usually
remove your chosen property from the market. Stage payments are
then arranged to a mutually convenient timetable and reservation
contracts are drawn up. We have associated financial advisers on
hand and these experts will do their utmost to assist you.

What if we don't like any of the properties or the area?
Do not worry! We guarantee that you will be under no pressure whatsoever,
at any time. However, many people who have bought from us in the
past have recommended friends because of our professional approach
and lack of pressure. The area and the properties do the talking
and the choice is then yours.

What finance can be arranged?
You will find an inspection trip a total waste of time and a frustrating
experience if you do not have your finances arranged FIRST. What
could be worse than finding your dream home only to lose it because
you have not made the proper financial arrangements?
We are able to offer both Spanish and English mortgages on your
property and if you so require we have access to financial institutes
who would be happy to consider bridging loans or second mortgages
on your U.K. property.
Please telephone and talk to us. Mortgages through a Spanish Bank
can be arranged subject to status of course, but whether you want
a Spanish mortgage or wish to make your own arrangements in the
UK it is vital that you are certain of the funding that you have
available, and how much you will be able to spend, - before you
go to Spain.
After-sales service - what can we expect?
We can assist you with advice about Property rentals, Property Management
and Property Resales. We can help with Title Deeds procedures and
Will making, bill payments and bank accounts. We also have a number
of colleagues that can help you maintain your property, gardens
and pools etc.
