Inspect Spanish property

We are pleased to arrange property inspection trips, which include accommodation in an apartment, our Spanish based English speaking Representative to show you areas and properties, and a taste of the Spanish Costas. (Also included are travel arrangements to and from the airport).

The price you pay is just for the flight costs. These can be as low as £49 per person. We will find the best flights and you will pay the airline or supplier directly. Your 4 nights hotel accommodation and the meals are provided at no charge to you. If you go ahead and purchase a property with us, we will reimburse your flight costs.

Booking conditions:

1. We have a flexible arrangement whereby you can book your flights yourself, or we will arrange them for you. We will subsidise the flights and you will pay the airline or supplier directly. Your accommodation will be reserved as soon as you notify us of your flight details.

2. All passengers traveling must hold a current ten year passport.

3. Spanish Global Properties Ltd cannot accept responsibility for flight delays or cancellations by the Airline.

4. The inspection trip is arranged for the named clients for the viewing of properties only and not for any other reason either personal or professional.
