Inspection Trip Information

Once you feel ready to proceed to purchase a property, we will discuss your requirements with you and invite you to take advantage of one of our Inspection Trips. These are usually 3-4 days long, and during the trip one of our partners will act as your personal tour guide so that you see the properties which are most suitable for you.

Once you decide to proceed with an inspection trip, we will offer you good quality Hotel accommodation for your stay. We will ensure that you are chauffeured from the airport…….and throughout the rest of your visit. If, you decide to proceed with the purchase of a property, we will guide you through the process, ensuring that you get the right legal support, advice on taxes, and assistance with payment schedules and mortgages. We will help you to open your foreign bank account, and throughout, we will ensure that you have everything clearly explained in English.
