Buying a property in Spain is a serious business which requires a lot of thought before the final location is chosen. Consequently, we at Spanish Global Properties prefer to give our clients the opportunity to visit the area and view the properties for sale at their leisure.

Before you decide to move ahead with a purchase, we want you to be sure that you have found the right location and viewed the property that really meets your needs.

Once you have read our brochure, or visited our website, and feel ready to proceed, we will discuss your requirements with you and invite you to take advantage of one of our subsidised inspection trips. These are usually 4-5 days long, and during the trip one of us, or our partners will act as your personal tour guide so that you see the properties which are most suitable for you. We are very flexible in our approach. we can arrange longer Inspection Trips for those who want them.... Or we can arrange shorter trips for those who find it difficult to get time away from their work. These can even be arranged over a weekend.

During your trip you can be sure that you will not be 'pressurised', since we ourselves have purchased a home in Spain, and we earnestly try to treat our clients as we would wish to be treated. Once you decide to proceed with an Inspection trip, we will provide first-class hotel accommodation for your stay. All your meals and drinks are provided, and this is all at no cost to you. For those who prefer to travel under their own steam, we are very pleased to arrange appointments with our Partners.

If, following the trip, you decide to proceed with the purchase of a property, we will guide you through the process, ensuring that you get the right legal support, advice on taxes, and help with payment schedules and mortgages as required. We will ensure that you have everything clearly explained in English, whilst ensuring that the Spanish 'red tape' is managed as appropriate. It is our job to ensure that the purchase is smoothly undertaken to completion, and to provide all the help, guidance and support that you need. In this respect, we can help you with the purchase of furniture and other equipment for the house, if you so require.
